Scott Mitchell
President and Chief Executive Officer |

Scott has played a key leadership role in innovative technology and internet based businesses for over a decade and now is the President and CEO of Clear Blue Interactive.
Scott began his career as a technology consultant for Arther Andersen, LLP where he helped guide Fortune 100 companies through the internet and technology boom of the 1990's. Scott went on from Arthur Andersen to Tunes.com, where he launched RollingStone.com, TheSource.com, and DownBeatJazz.com developing Tunes.com to become the internet's leading music destination network. After Tunes.com's sale in 1999 to publicly traded EMusic.com for $180 million, Scott began working with Barry Diller's Interactive Corporation and launched HSN.com, the online presence for Home Shopping Network. In less than two years, HSN.com grew from nothing into one of Interactive's fastest growing and most profitable web properties.
In 2002 Scott focused his attention on building his online business which he merged with CGI Holding Corporation in August of 2004. From August of 2004 until May of 2005 Scott helped raise $97 million in debt and equity and closed 15 acquisitions to create what is now Think Partnership, d/b/a Kowabunga! (AMEX:THK). Scott resigned his position as President and CEO of Kowabunga! in April of 2008 to start Clear Blue Interactive.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Psychology from Illinois State University in Normal, IL as well as a Master Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, and Management and Organizational Development from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. |

John Ramsey

John joined the company in November, 2008 and serves as our Chief Financial Officer. John brings to Affluence over 10 years of experience in various financial, managerial and project management roles.
Immediately prior to Affluence Corporation, John was a principal in an e-tail and catalog based venture servicing the high-end juvenile products market.
John also served as a Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy where he was awarded the Navy Commendation and Navy Achievement medals.
John holds a MBA degree in Finance from Columbia University and BS and BA degrees from the University of Maryland UC and Texas Tech respectively.

Nick Taldone
General Counsel |

Nick has been providing legal advice and representation to businesses ranging from local merchants to multinational conglomerates for almost thirty years.
After law school, Nick began his career working in New York City for a national law firm that emphasized employment law. In 1984, he became Senior Attorney at the U.S. headquarters of the predecessor to distilled spirits maker and brewer Diageo, PLC. While at Diageo, he worked on a variety of transactions and litigations throughout the U.S. and United Kingdom involving many Fortune 500 companies. In 1990, after the U.S. headquarters moved, Nick returned to private practice in New Jersey as a business litigator. In 1995, he moved to Clearwater, Florida to establish his own firm serving the business community.
Nick has authored over a dozen articles in legal and business publications and been a contributing author to treatises published by the American Bar Association. He is a frequent lecturer on business law topics. He is admitted to practice law In New York, New Jersey, California, and Florida. Nick is a certified mediator and arbitrator and serves on several mediation and arbitration panels including the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Panel.
Nick is also active in the community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Free Enterprise, First Call for Help and was a founding member of SPHERE, devoted to preserving wetlands in Pinellas County. He is also a long-time member of the Seven Springs Rotary Club. |

Randy Shipley

Mr. Shipley has over 25 years of experience in providing innovative telecommunications technologies to Fortune 500 companies, broadcast television, internet backbone providers and the cable television industry.
Prior to joining Affluence Corporation, Mr. Shipley developed and launched a converged print / internet media platform focusing on high density affluent communities that will become part of Affluence Corporation. For the past three years Mr. Shipley has led the way in creating online and television media campaigns for the luxury real estate market. First as the Vice President of Sales for VHT, the country's largest luxury photography company for real estate and then as Executive Vice President of Business Development with LiquidusTV, the leaders in providing Video On Demand programs and services to leading cable companies such as Time Warner, Comcast, Cox and others.
Mr. Shipley began his career in telecommunications with Western Union with progressively higher roles in sales and sales management over a 7
year period. He became Wiltel's first regional sales manager and played a key role in driving sales from nothing to over $300 million in less than three years. During his 11 year career with Wiltel, Mr. Shipley spent much of his time on the cutting edge of telecommunications technology ending his career as Vice President of Data Network Solutions leading a team that helped Wiltel become the largest installer of Nortel and Cisco in the nation.
Mr. Shipley ended his telecommunications career in 2001 after leading Carrier Access as the head of sales and marketing from a pre-IPO stage to growth of over $40 million per quarter in less than two years.
Mr. Shipley graduated from technical school with an FCC license in broadcasting and obtained a degree in Hotel, Motel & Restaurant management from LaSalle Extension University in Chicago. |

Kristi Mitchell
Vice President of Operations |

Kristi Mitchell has over 10 years of experience in the Interactive media business. After being involved at the ground level of several early-stage internet start-up companies, she founded Cherish.com, a leading online dating company which she successfully merged with Think Partnership in August of 2004. Since then she has served as the company's Vice President of Service and Commerce and then as the company's President. Kristi attended Eastern Illinois University and Capella University. |

Melissa Colerick

Melissa Colerick began her career in the telecommunications industry at the Eckerd Corporation. After attending school she made a transition from telecommunications to Network Administration, and then into the online media industry. She worked for several years as a manager for Cherish.com, a leading online dating company. When Cherish merged with Think Partnership in August of 2004, she served as the company's Director of Operations until 2008.
Melissa began working as the Vice President of Clear Blue interactive in 2008 when the company was taken public as Affluence Corporation. Melissa now serves as the Director of Online Media for Affluence Corporation, a social network aimed at aggregating the largest multimedia platform networking wealthy and affluent people around the world. |

Jennifer Bertoldo

Jennifer began her professional career in the staffing and recruiting industry in San Jose, California 11 years ago. She attended Arizona State University and the University of Southern Florida with concentration on Communication and Business Development/Training. While working in San Jose, her main client focus was Cisco Systems, Honeywell, and Nortel. In 2001, she was promoted to National Program Manager supporting Cisco Systems. There she grew the account from 4-45 sites where each of her employees worked. She was responsible for all the Human Resource functions throughout the United States and Canada.
The main areas of her expertise on recruiting and staffing have been Administrative, Executive, IT, Management, Advertising/Marketing and Construction. Recently, she has joined on as the Director of Human Resources for the Affluence Corporation. |
