What's New at Affluence.org

We're Making Some Changes at Affluence.org

Affluence.org, the leading social media site for the wealthy, is getting better. We're adding new content, bringing in experts on luxury goods, fine art, antiques and technology, and adding new ways for you to find and share information. You'll notice several changes in the coming months - including a new design with many new tools. We want to hear from you as well as we rebuild Affluence.org.

Question of the Week

Each week, you'll see a new question from our editors. We want your feedback and hope to start conversations on a range of topics. We're looking for your suggestions as well, so if there’s a question you’d like us to ask, please share.

New Content

Here are two new sections we'll be launching soon:

Personal Technology Channel

We use smart phones to keep in touch when we travel. We use computers to read the news, build personal networks and watch the videos our children created during vacation. We interact everyday with personal technology, and some days we dream of adding new tech toys to power our boats, improve the sound in our home theater or help us survive a noisy airplane trip.

Yet understanding how to use personal technology--and finding the best tools for your needs--are questions that vex all of us. With Affluence.org's new personal technology section, we will review products to help you make better decisions, answer questions on how to best use your technology and create specialized forums where members can help each other with tech advice.

Art/Collectibles/Luxury Goods Channel

Affluence.org’s Fine Arts/Antiques & Luxury Goods channel will be your destination to learn more about the art of collecting, and get the inside scoop on luxury goods products new to the marketplace. We’ll offer updates on museum acquisitions, recent auction sales, reproduction alerts, gallery openings worldwide and much more!

The “Marketplace” will allow members to privately sell their fine art, antiques, collectibles, and luxury goods. We will also offer “acquisition services” assisting buyers in locating items at an optimal price and appraisals.

We look forward to getting your feedback and learning about your collecting interests.
