Doug: is currently a Managing Partner of Momentum Capital LLC, a boutique merchant banking firm which in the last 5 years has assisted or been the direct principles in over 22 acquisitions and over $140MM of equity and debt financings on 4 different public companies

With over 20 years in high tech Mike has a broad range of experience in both public and venture backed companies. Mike was EVP and CFO at Apropos Technology (NASDAQ: APRS) and led their $100MM IPO in 2000. Most recently Mike was president of thincSoft, LLC and sold the IP to Hewlett-Packard in 2008. He has held several financial and operational executive positions with Mentor Graphics (MENT), Quantitative Data Solutions (acquired by Transamerica) and Visual Insights.
